If you are located outside our service area and would still like to rent from us, please call us at (850) 231-1343 and we will do our best to try to work with you.
For bicycle and paddleboard rentals, orders cancelled prior to one week of your delivery date will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled within one week of your delivery date will be charged 50% of the total amount or can be rescheduled. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
For beach chairs and umbrellas, orders cancelled prior to one week of your reservation date will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled within one week of your reservation date will not be eligible for a refund.

We do not offer any weather-related refunds or rain checks with the exception of a named hurricane or tropical storm in our area.
When the rental period is over, please return the gear to the original drop off point by 9:00am.
