We service from Miramar Beach (including Sandestin), 30A (including but not limited to: Dune Allen Beach, Gulf Place, Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside, Seagrove Beach, Watersound Beach, Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach) and the west end of Panama City Beach (includes everything from Pier Park to Lake Powell).

If you are located outside our service area and would still like to rent from us, please call us at (850) 231-1343 and we will do our best to try to work with you.
Yes, all adult bikes and paddle boards include a complimentary combination lock.
Helmets are provided complimentary to all riders upon request.
Customers are responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen rental items. If your rental is lost or stolen, you will be charged the full amount for a replacement. If your rental is damaged beyond normal wear & tear, you will be charged for any replacement parts or components necessary for repair.
We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept cash or checks.
Unfortunately, no. Bikes are only allowed on designated paths in Walton and Bay County.
In order to accommodate changes to your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to extend your rental. In rare cases (major holidays, for example), we may not be able to accommodate your request.
Orders cancelled prior to one week of your delivery date will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled within one week of your delivery date will be charged 50% of the total amount or can be rescheduled. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

We do not offer any weather related refunds or rain checks with the exception of a named hurricane or tropical storm in our area.
Our bikes and paddle boards are not intended for night time use. Do so at your own risk.
Bikes and paddle boards are delivered on the start date of your reservation. We lock everything up so you don’t need to be present for delivery. Once delivered, a member of our team will provide confirmation of delivery via text message. During season (March to October) we guarantee delivery by 7:00pm each evening.

When the rental period is over, please return the gear to the original drop off point by 9:00am.
